To make the Charter & Insurance Renewal process easier for our Clubs, we will be offering new options, including a NEW online form!

  • OPTION #1: NEW !!!
    To renew your charter online, visit and complete the renewal form.
    Please note: If renewing online, you will be asked to EITHER upload an electronic copy of your current membership list (allowable formats: .doc, .xls, .ppt, .pdf) OR manually enter your membership list.
  • OPTION #2:
    To send your renewals via email, Click EMAIL MY RENEWALfor your Charter Renewal Form
    AND THEN CLICK HERE for your Insurance Renewal Form.
    These links will download pdf forms that you can fill out electronically.  (Note: Fillable PDF documents may not work on some cell phones) Once completed, you can save the documents “with changes” to your computer OR “Print” your forms as PDF copies. This will save your documents to your electronic device and allow you to attach them to an email to Debbie Vecchio at You will also need to attach your full membership list and any changes to your Constitution.
  • OPTION #3:
    To send your renewals via snail-mail, print documents A & B (below). Fill the forms out (legibly) by hand. Include a copy of your FULL membership list and any Constitution changes. Snail mail them to:

PAYMENTS: Each club is required to submit a check for $15.00 along with their Charter Renewal as well as a separate check for $61.47 for their Insurance Renewal/Certificate.  Both checks should be made out to NYR&CBA and sent to Debbie Vecchio, as per the instructions on the renewal forms.

Directions to Show Locations

BATAVIAThe Niagara Frontier Rabbit Club holds their show at the Genesee County Fairgrounds located on Route 5. GPS use 5056 E Main St, Batavia NY, 14020. 
Directions from the Thruway East or West:
Take Route 90 to exit 48. Make a left onto Route 98, make a left at Route 5. Follow Route 5 for about 2.5 Miles. On the Right is the Genesee County Fairgrounds (right after Tractor Supply). The fairgrounds sits back off the road; there is a sign at the Driveway. The building is in the front of the Fairgrounds on the left.
BATHThe Twin Tiers Rabbit Club holds their show at the Bath Fairgrounds. 15 East Washington Street. Bath, NY. 14810
Directions: Take exit 38 off Route 17 or Route 86. Proceed down West Washington St. to the third light. Take a left onto Liberty Street then a right onto Chestnut Street. This will take you directly to the Fairgrounds.
DirectionsFrom Penn Yan, take Route 54 South to Bath/Geneva Street then turn left onto Chestnut street.
BRIDGEPORTNorth Country Rabbit and Cavy Breeders holds their show at the Bridgeport Fire Barn Rte. 31, Bridgeport, NY.
Directions from RT. 81N: Take exit 30 for NY-31 toward Cicero/Bridgeport. Turn left onto NY-31 E/State Highway 31 E. Turn right onto Bridgeport Kirkville Rd. Destination will be on the left.
Directions from RT. 81S: Take exit 30 for NY-31 toward Cicero/Bridgeport. Turn right onto NY-31 E/State Highway 31 E. Turn right onto Bridgeport Kirkville Rd. Destination will be on the left.
Directions from NYS Thruway East/West: Take exit 34 for Canastota, NY. At Light, turn left onto NY-13 N. At Light, turn left onto NY-31 W. Go about 12 Miles, Fire Barn will be on your Right.
CORTLANDTARBA‘s rabbit show & the Eastern States Flemish Specialty Show is held at the Cortland County Fairgrounds in Cortland, NY. Physical Address: 4292 Fairgrounds Drive, Cortland, NY, 13045.
The fairgrounds are located on the corner of Fairgrounds Drive and Carroll Street, between Route 281 and Route 11. 
Directions From Interstate 81: Take the Exit 12 (Homer) off-ramp to Route 11 South.  Take a right on to Carroll St. (approx. 1 mile). 
Directions From Route 281: Take Rt. 281 to Fisher Ave, turn right on to Fairgrounds Dr.
DUNKIRKThe Chautauqua County Rabbit Breeders holds their show at the Chautauqua County Fairgrounds, 1089 Central Ave, Dunkirk, NY, 14048. 
Directions From the NYS Thruway (I-90):
Exit 59 (Dunkirk/Fredonia). Drive straight through the light, onto Vineyard Drive/Millard Fillmore. At third light turn Right onto Central Ave. Continue under Thruway viaduct and turn Left onto Waldorf Rd. Parking is on the Right past the fairgrounds.
Directions From Jamestown / Olean / Warren: Take Route 60 North. Turn Left onto Vineyard Drive/Millard Fillmore. At second light turn Right onto Central Ave. Continue under Thruway viaduct and turn Left onto Waldorf Rd. Parking on the Right past the fairgrounds.
FONDAThe Rabbit Breeders & Fanciers of the Capital District hold their show at the Fonda Fairgrounds, 21 South Bridge St., Fonda NY 12068.
FULTONThe Empire, Central NY, Heart of NY and Old Timers Club hold their shows at the War Memorial building in Fulton. 
Directions From the East or West: take NYS Thruway to Rt. 81 North. Follow to Rt. 481 North. Rt. 81 ends in Fulton. 
Directions From the North: Take Rt. 81 to Mexico Exit. Turn right off of exit. Follow Rt. 104 to Mexico. At 2nd light in Mexico turn left onto Route 3. Follow in to Fulton. 
Directions From the South: Take Rt. 81 North to 481 North. Follow in to Fulton.  Once in Fulton turn West onto Route 3 (intersection with the Dunkin Donuts and Wendy’s on the corner). The War Memorial is after the Oswego River, on the left just before the lake.
OLEANThe Cattaraugus County Rabbit Breeders holds their show at the Olean Center Mall, 400 North Union St, Olean, NY, 14760
OTISVILLEThe Catskill Region Rabbit & Cavy Breeders Assoc. holds their show at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Orange County Education Center & 4-H Park, 300 Finchville Turnpike, Otisville, NY
DIRECTIONS: From I-84 E & W: Get off exit 4, Mountain Rd. Make a right onto Mountain Rd. Go approximately 4.7 miles and continue on to Guymard Turnpike. After 1.4 miles turn left onto Finchville Turnpike. In approximately 1.5 miles the show grounds will be on your right. Make a right on to Davis Dr. and follow the dirt road down and to the right. It will wind around to the show buildings.
PALMYRAThe Fingerlakes RBA and Rochester RBA holds their show at the Wayne County Fairgrounds, 250 West Jackson St., Palmyra, NY, 14522.
Directions From EAST/WEST: NYS Thruway/I-90 Exit at #43-Manchester, turn left on Rt. 21 N to Palmyra (about 6 miles). In Palmyra turn left on Brookside Terr., enter fair gate, building on the right.
Directions From EAST: NYS Route 31 In Palmyra turn left at light, Rt.21 S at 4 corners/4 churches; make right on Brookside Terr., enter fair gate, building on the right.
Directions From WEST: NYS Route 31 In Palmyra either: 1) Turn right onto Gates St., enter fairgrounds by main gate and bear left to new building. OR 2) Go to main light at 4 corners/4 churches and turn right onto Rt. 21 S; go to Brookside Terr. turn right and enter fair gate, building on the right.
SANDY CREEKThe Lake Effect R&CBA Club and the Oswego County Fair show sponsored by the Empire Club is held at the Sandy Creek Fairgrounds, 291 Ellisburg St., Sandy Creek NY 13145.
Directions From the North: Take Interstate 81 South to exit 37 (Sandy Creek/Lacona). Take a right at end of ramp. Go to stop sign. Take a right and an immediate left will follow for Ellisburg St.
Directions From the South, West or East: Take Interstate 81 North to exit 37 (Sandy Creek/Lacona). Take a left at end of ramp. At the light take a right onto Rt 11. A quarter of a mile take a left onto Ellisburg St.
SYRACUSEThe New York Rabbit & Cavy Breeders Assoc. holds their annual Convention Show at the NY State Fairgrounds.  The NYS Fair Old Timer’s Rabbit Club holds their State Fair Rabbit & Cavy Shows at the NY State Fairgrounds & occasionally their Spring Show as well. The Empire State Polish Rabbit Club holds their Specialty Show here as well.
Directions From East or West: Take the NY State Thruway (I-90) to Rt. 690 Exit. Travel South and follow signs for the Fairgrounds. Exit Rte. 690 onto State Fair Blvd. and enter at Gate 2. Go straight back about 150 feet. You’ll see the Grange building entrance on the right. This is attached to the Poultry Building where the rabbit show is held.
Directions From North or South: Take Rt. 81 or Rt. 481 to Rt. 690 West. Follow signs to Fairgrounds.
