Additional Sweepstakes Reporting Requirements:
In addition to this Trophy Fund Report, and in order to fulfill your obligation as a show secretary, you are required to submit a Sweepstakes report that includes the following: 1. Your show secretary name, address, email and phone number. 2. A list consisting of: [a] EACH breed shown, [b] the total number shown in that breed AND [c] the names of the exhibitors receiving BOB and BOS. 3. A list consisting of: [a] The exhibitors that showed in each breed and [b] the total number of points that the exhibitor received for showing THAT breed. It is recommended that you make a copy of all reports for your own records. Most show secretaries submit electronic reports; however, if you are sending handwritten reports, please do not use paper clips or rubber bands as it increases the chance of mail damage. You are not required to send reports via certified mail. Your report is due to the appropriate Sweepstakes Chairperson within 30 days of the show. Thank you for your cooperation.
